
Strategic Organisational Development Partner

This is a challenging position that requires someone with the ability to align people strategies with business goals.
- Support senior stakeholders in driving employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
- Lead HR projects and change initiatives across the organisation.
- Analyse data to inform decisions and improve performance.
In this role, you will be working closely with the Director of People Business Partners to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to drive strategic initiatives and support organisational change.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to improve employee retention and productivity.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
- Promote a culture of recognition, sustainability, and social responsibility.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including executive leadership, to drive business success.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a strategic HR partner in a professional environment.
- Strong generalist HR knowledge across talent, reward, L&D, ER, and employment law.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
- CIPD Level 7 (or working towards) or equivalent experience.
