Key to business success lies in effective operations management. As a pivotal leadership role, the Operations Manager will drive efficiency, build structure and ensure smooth scaling of our enterprise.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operational activities across multiple retail stores and e-commerce platforms.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting and procurement processes.
  • Manage HR functions including payroll administration, recruitment and employee onboarding, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Support and develop store managers, overseeing new store openings and vendor/retail partner relationships.
  • Own e-commerce operations, guaranteeing seamless Shopify integration, logistics and order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic reporting, business planning and executive decision-making.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years' experience in retail, operations or area management, preferably with multi-site exposure.
  • Strong background in finance, budgeting and cost control, with expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Solid knowledge of HR principles, including compliance and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to implement policies and processes in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a solutions-focused approach and direct communication style.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
