Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an Inbound SDR, you'll be responsible for generating new business pipeline through inbound opportunities by helping prospects understand the value of Front.

You will leverage excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and business acumen to build relationships with leads, partner closely with the sales team to identify opportunities that otherwise would be left undiscovered, and provide a best-in-class customer experience for prospects and customers of Front.

  • Deliver a seamless customer experience across various touchpoints, including phone, email, and in-mail.
  • Become a product expert on Front and its value proposition, maintaining up-to-date knowledge to effectively communicate its benefits to potential clients.
  • Document all interactions and findings with leads in our CRM, ensuring a seamless handoff process to Account Executives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in a business development/sales-related role, preferably with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Proactive prospecting outreach skills, or the ability to demonstrate how you're working on developing this skill currently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of Front to potential clients.
  • Business acumen, with a solid understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • CRM experience, especially Salesforce, is a plus.
