
Portfolio Relationship Manager

The main objective of this position is to establish and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of borrower's accounts, identifying potential difficulties and working collaboratively to find effective solutions.
This role has key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve while providing exceptional customer service and minimising risk. Key responsibilities include:
- Generating revenue from a portfolio of accounts in line with monthly targets
- Communicating with customers in a clear and concise manner
- Maintaining regular contact with borrowers as required
- Recording expressions of dissatisfaction and customer complaints on relevant systems
Risk management through compliance is also a critical aspect, involving adherence to policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
