Administrative Services Coordinator

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Legal Administrator to join our team in South Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of our business.
Salary and Benefits Information:
The salary for this role is €27K, with an increase to €29K within the first 6 months upon successful completion of APA exams. We offer a range of benefits, including a bonus scheme, pension plan, and flexible working hours.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all postal duties, including sorting and distribution
- Process payments into our system
- Prepare documents for photocopying and binding
- Coordinate meeting room setup and ensure they are ready for use
- Meet and greet visitors, directing them to relevant staff members
- Source and order office supplies as needed
- Maintain our contacts directory
- Provide telephone support and answer queries
- Organize office areas, including filing and shredding
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
A strong understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential. Previous experience in an administrative role is also desirable. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
