Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical support of hardware and software, as well as strong customer interaction skills.

About the Role:

  • ">
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software across multiple sites.">
  • Review, troubleshoot, and approve operational quality of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.">
  • Install, maintain, and optimize desktop/notebook configurations at customer sites.">
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.">
  • Perform maintenance and repair services.">
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.">
  • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.">

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.">
  • Proficient in Windows operating system environment; knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems may be required.">
  • Strong customer interaction skills.">
  • A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.">
