Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the final stages of our residential projects, ensuring a seamless handover to the operational team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Close out all snags on projects in a timely manner
  • Lead and facilitate the cross-functional project team and contractor to ensure a smooth handover process
  • Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to agreed programmes for closeout works on multiple projects

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management
  • Previous relevant experience with a property developer is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project or Primavera
