Supply Chain Leader

At the heart of our operations, we seek an exceptional Supply Chain Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of a world-class supply chain that drives commercial success and delivers unparalleled customer service. As part of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that optimize inventory management, shipping, and customer services, ensuring seamless execution and delivering best-in-class results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the production planning process, ensuring timely delivery of finished goods while effectively managing inventory levels.
  • Manage raw material planning and ordering, as well as master data accuracy in SAP.
  • Maintain a balance between financial targets, production targets, and customer service requirements.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and develop the Planning and Warehousing teams.
  • Ensure efficient inventory levels and implement agile supply chain processes.
  • Coordinate with Production and Quality Departments to maintain high customer service standards.
  • Support monthly target setting and forecasting processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Engineering, or Supply Chain Management; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in a relevant Supply Chain function, including leading Supply Chain teams.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts and approaches.
  • Knowledge of SAP supply chain tools and experience in a cGMP environment.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
