
Business Growth Representative

We are seeking a driven Business Growth Representative to spearhead our land and expand strategy. This individual will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify and close new business opportunities by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, driving revenue through the sale of Kaseya's suite of solutions to potential clients.
- Engage Executive-Level Decision Makers: Hold discussions with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CCOs, and VPs, articulating the value of Kaseya's solutions and overcoming objections.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by creating value for in-house IT departments with Kaseya's products.
- Collaborative Sales Approach: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, engineering, and product specialists to leverage resources and drive sales.
- Opportunity Management & Forecasting: Track opportunities throughout the sales process, ensuring strong Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting.
- Customer Experience: Provide a professional and seamless sales experience, from initial meetings to post-sale follow-ups.
- 2+ years of sales experience in a hunter role, with a proven ability to prospect, cold call leads and close deals.
- High energy, driven, and passionate about sales and customer success, with a desire to earn significant sales commissions.
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and a deep focus on metrics and KPIs to drive success.
- Motivated, competitive, and resilient with a 'go-getter' mindset.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
