We are gearing up to open our first hotel in Ireland, The Hoxton Dublin, which will be home to 129 bedrooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar, historic bar, large ground floor restaurant and lobby restaurant, in addition to a nightclub.

We are now looking for an experienced Director of Sales to join us and play a crucial role in the successful launch of our hotel, restaurants and bars.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading the on-property sales team, ensuring strategies are in place to drive revenue across all market segments, to deliver strong top line revenue results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic commercial plans to source, drive and grow revenue across all segments
  • Managing and leading the sales team from recruitment and induction through to team development
  • Ensuring close working relationships with Ennismore regional and brand leads for Sales, Revenue and Brand
  • Fostering strong working relationships with the wider Accor Global Sales Team

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in sales and leadership. You should have:

  • 8+ years' experience in a senior sales role preferably within the Irish Market
  • Passion for hotel sales and goal driven
  • Able to introduce structured ways of working into a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail
