Job Description

The role of the EHS Advisor is to provide guidance on Environment, Health and Safety matters, working closely with project teams. Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining the Kirby management system for projects, coordinating all EHS matters within Project Management Teams, and reporting constructively on EHS matters to the Project Manager.

This position requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice, guidance, support, and instruction in all EHS matters to management, safety representatives, and employees.

This role may require frequent travel between projects and overnight stays. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are preferred but not essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of EHS policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A strong analytical mind, with the ability to identify potential risks and develop proactive solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.
