  • Maintain accurate records of all change requests and their status.">
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on change control processes.">
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimise resistance and maximise adoption of changes.">
  • Conduct impact analyses and risk assessments related to change requests.">
  • Support the project team in resolving any issues arising from changes.">

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, particularly in main contracting or MEP.">
  • Sound knowledge of NEC contracts.">
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.">
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.">
