Key Account Manager for Business Growth

You will drive sales results, foster awareness and build customer loyalty by effectively communicating Apple's value propositions. This includes demonstrating and advising on how customers can integrate and scale technology into their small- to medium-sized businesses and educational institutions.

  • Develop strategies, plans, and forecasts for business performance through account management, pipeline building, and opportunity management using CRM tools.">
  • Manage customer leads and outbound campaign activities while engaging SMB customers to showcase the value of Apple products in enhancing their businesses.">

  • ">
  • Fluent English and Arabic language skills with excellent written and oral communication abilities in both languages.">
  • At least 3 years of successful experience in technology and business solutions sales or equivalent.">
  • Strong presentation skills to confidently present solutions to customers.">
  • Technical expertise particularly in Apple products, mobility adoption, and business transformation with a general knowledge of key SMB industries, technology trends, challenges, and industries.">
