Senior Healthcare Manager Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, with experience in managing teams and implementing care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high standards of resident care and ensuring the safety of residents and staff at all times.
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans to meet the needs of residents.
  • Leading and motivating a team of healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or eligibility to be so registered.
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant post-registration experience.
  • Post-registration qualification in gerontology and/or dementia care is highly desirable.
  • Demonstratable clinical and professional ability, leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
