A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to support the Human Resources team in delivering exceptional services across the business.

About the Role
  • We require a dedicated HR Administrator to assist in providing a high-quality, efficient, and fully compliant service.
  • This role is pivotal in helping the organization achieve its strategic objectives through effective administration of payroll, employee administration, recruitment, onboarding, and throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Track and administer company-wide timesheets, ensuring accurate and timely weekly submissions.
  • Compile notes and track changes for weekly and monthly payroll updates.
  • Support fleet management activity.
  • Evaluate completeness, accuracy, and currency of all employee electronic files.
  • Monitor completion of various onboarding steps to enhance the experience of new colleagues joining the organization.
  • Assist with coordinating interviews, including scheduling, booking locations, and communication with candidates.
  • Prepare offers of employment for new team members.
  • Manage elements of the employee onboarding process by inputting data onto HR systems.
  • Administer all new starter documentation, including eligibility to work, proof of address, qualifications, and medical questionnaires.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR Information Systems.
  • Record and monitor exit interview completion.
  • Support expense administration.
  • Coordinate company events.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as part of the delivery of the HR strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) desirable.
  • Experience in HR or office administration.
  • Knowledge of HR administrative processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with payroll and timesheet administration.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
