Fundraising Officer Role

This is a key position within our organization, focused on delivering exceptional donor care and supporting the implementation of multi-channel fundraising campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and professional responses to donor inquiries.
  • Leading on donor stewardship, handling enquiries, and delivering best-practice engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive donor records, ensuring GDPR compliance and monthly reconciliations.
  • Collaborating with the Assistant Fundraising Manager to develop and deliver donor retention, development, and acquisition campaigns.
  • Analysing donor trends to inform campaign and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

The role requires a proactive approach to delivering high-quality results. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • At least two years' experience in a similar fundraising role.
  • Proven experience delivering excellent donor care and stewardship.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling supporter communications.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
