Senior Donor Development Manager

Job Description:
The Senior Donor Development Manager will be responsible for nurturing and growing support from major donors in the Republic of Ireland. This includes developing connections with new donors and deepening relationships with existing ones through well-targeted and innovative approaches.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement relationship plans to meet the aspirations of each donor
- To engage supporters in global development and humanitarian issues
- To work with a highly motivated fundraising team and stakeholders across the organisation
- To travel throughout Ireland, primarily in Dublin, and occasionally overseas to programmes
Key Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders. They will also have experience in fundraising and relationship management, as well as knowledge of private fundraising strategies and techniques.
