Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support our manufacturing operations in Cavan.

About the Role:
  • This role will work closely with key stakeholders within the business to provide expert HR advice and support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • You will be responsible for building effective relationships with stakeholders and becoming a trusted advisor, influencing approaches and behaviours to align with site standards and best practice.
  • Proactive management of Employee Relations cases, including investigation, disciplinary, grievance, capability, flexible working, absence and performance management.
  • Production of regular HR metrics, providing insightful commentary.
  • Lead on assigned projects as required, involving data gathering, research and analysis.
  • Contribute to the review and update of policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment activities as needed.
  • Provide first point of contact for general HR queries.
  • Maintain daily attendance records and escalate relevant issues.
Requirements:
  • A Human Resources or equivalent third level qualification.
  • At least 6 months' experience working in a HR role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Passion for delivering a proactive, operationally focused and value-add HR service.
  • Strong IT skills in HRIS and Office packages.
