Job Title: Veterinary Receptionist

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team in a busy veterinary practice. As a key member of the front-of-house team, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients, manage appointments, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role, strong IT skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be confident in handling cash and payments, and have a passion for animal welfare.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous reception or front-of-house experience: Essential for this role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong IT skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and navigating multiple systems, with experience in data entry.
  • Cash handling and payment management: Confident in handling cash and making transactions, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: A key part of this role, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Team-oriented and willing to support others: A collaborative approach is essential for success in this role.
