About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Planning Administrator to join our team in Dublin 9. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and coordination of all sales order activity from receipt through to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role and possess knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines to ensure compliance in logistics operations.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Receiving and inputting all orders from customers and sales representatives.
  • Liaising with production and supply chain personnel to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Verifying and validating customer addresses to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

A high level of organisational skill is required to manage multiple delivery schedules and maintain accurate records.
