Responsibilities:
As a Financial Operations Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in supporting the financial operations of our organisation. You will be involved in preparing monthly management accounts, assisting in the annual budgeting process, and coordinating with auditors.
Your ability to maintain open communication with colleagues will be crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Assist in producing monthly management accounts and financial reporting
  2. Support the preparation and consolidation of annual budgeting process
  3. Coordinate with internal and external auditors providing necessary documentation
  4. Help review and update finance policies and procedures
  5. Maintain open communications with colleagues, keeping them informed of any relevant issues or queries
  6. Assist with other ad hoc assignments to support the general work of the organisation
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working within a finance or business domain
- Proficient MS Word and MS Excel skills
- Proven management and delivery skills including communication, relationship management, proactivity, decision-making
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
