We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our team as an Accommodation Assistant. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure the servicing and cleaning of all public areas, including public toilets, reception, conference and function rooms.
  • Conduct regular checks on equipment in all public areas and bedrooms.
  • Report any maintenance issues or repairs required.
  • Respond to guest enquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy department and stores area.
