High Profile Construction Project Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Site/Construction Manager to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end commercial properties, with a strong background in construction management and general contracting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate and monitor the site labour force and specialist subcontractors to meet agreed programme targets.
- Deliver works to the highest possible quality standards, maintaining positive relationships with supply chain and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years' Management experience, preferably in Main Contractor roles on high-end commercial/mixed-use development projects.
- Third level qualification or Trades background with excellent knowledge of trades.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft software proficiency.
- Excellent delegation and organisational skills, with the ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others.
