Technical Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled technical documentation specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive, high-quality documentation for our developer audience. This will involve building effective working relationships with engineers and leaders across R&D, leading documentation projects, contributing content, and identifying future deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation to support the development of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide documentation that meets their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our documentation is relevant and informative.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a technical writer with a developer audience.
  • Experience delivering projects with high technical complexity and broad scale.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to work as a peer to software engineers, using the same tools and development methodologies.
  • Curiosity and quick learning of new technical concepts and software products.
  • Able to translate complex ideas into logical, audience-appropriate steps.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with remote and distributed teams.
