Job Title: Assistant Parts Manager
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Parts Manager. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-volume parts department.
- Support the Parts Manager in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service.
- Supervise and mentor Parts Advisors and Senior Parts Advisors, providing day-to-day guidance, motivation, and support.
- Act as first point of contact for operational queries, escalating to the Parts Manager when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a parts department within the automotive industry, ideally in a high-volume dealership or group.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory processes, and Dealer Management System operation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Leadership ability with experience mentoring or supervising staff.
