Job Overview

This role combines talent acquisition with employee development coordination, covering career events and early career engagement initiatives.

We are seeking a passionate professional to build strong talent pipelines, supporting long-term business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process across various roles, from entry-level to experienced hires.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes with hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for compliance purposes.
  • Organise and represent the company at career events, industry conferences, and university partnerships.
  • Work with managers to schedule and track mandatory and professional development training.
  • Support the roll-out of development initiatives, including mentoring and career advancement programs.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the team.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment and development processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, ideally within a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging confidently with candidates.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and task management in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience using MS Office, recruitment databases, and LinkedIn.
  • A proactive approach to delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
