Job Opportunity

An exciting position has arisen for a motivated Marketing Team Leader to manage a team of marketing professionals, working across various brands.

This role involves leading and overseeing the development of marketing plans, based upon market analysis, account priorities and commercial objectives.

You will be responsible for promoting marketing services and pitching to leading tech brands to execute campaigns that enable business growth. Using analytics and communicating with sales and account managers, you will identify improvement opportunities to ensure ROI is maximised and commercial challenges are addressed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team through day-to-day management, sharing recognition and keeping them motivated to achieve.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews with the team, providing clear direction and guidance on objectives.
  • Mentorship and Development
    • Mentor team members, providing constructive feedback and advice, identifying opportunities to upskill and develop the team.
    • Support the team with building specialist skillsets and working on higher value tasks.
  • Strategic Planning & Vendor Income
    • Develop fully integrated strategic plans with vendors to drive commercial targets.
    • Write briefs and set expectations so that campaigns are delivered in time and budget.
  • Partner Marketing Collaboration
    • Build relationships with customers to influence execution and unlock opportunities.
    • Develop strong relationships with partners, encouraging open communication channels.
  • Campaign Management
    • Align channel creative with brand guidelines - both partner and internal guidelines.
    • Monitor activity to ensure partners execute per agreed plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Improve internal collaboration with key stakeholders, commercial, and product vendors.
    • Share best practice within the marketing team and wider organisation.
