Job Overview

A restaurant manager with accommodation is required to oversee all aspects of a high-volume food outlet. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of waitstaff and supervisors to ensure seamless customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other departments within the hotel to drive business growth.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff members while providing guidance and support.

To be successful, the candidate must have previous experience working in a 4 or 5* hotel or high volume food outlet and possess proven ability to demonstrate key competencies such as leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in a restaurant management role
  • Previous experience working in a high-volume food outlet (desirable)
