Residential Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Manager to lead our Dublin-based team on a residential project in South Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in construction management and possess excellent knowledge of trades, particularly carpentry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in the success of our company.
- Liaise closely with design teams, site managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate daily resourcing and control of site labour and materials.
- Provide key points of contact for purchasers and coordinate snagging crews to ensure effective completion of snag lists.
- Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and record performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A degree or higher diploma qualification in Construction Management and/or equivalent trade qualification.
- Significant experience in a similar position based in Ireland or the UK.
- Excellent knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
