Your Role

You will use your sales and product expertise to drive growth through both existing and new to Stripe customers. You'll collaborate with the core sales, marketing, product marketing, and product teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge and drive strategic deals. You'll be instrumental in leading in-depth product discussions with existing and prospective customers and building and executing against our go-to-market strategy.

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead New Sales Conversations: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
  • Strategic Thought Leadership: Drive thought leadership within assigned territories to ensure user success and revenue growth.
  • Manage a Book of Business: Directly manage a portfolio of existing and prospective Stripe customers covering all segments, including some of Stripe's most strategic Billing customers.
  • Billing Revenue Performance: Manage billing revenue performance for an entire segment, working directly with regional leaders to drive results.
  • Deep Product Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the sales process and competitors for Stripe, including software, hardware, and payments.
  • Customer-Facing Expertise: Serve as both an internal and customer-facing expert on Stripe, especially for specialized products.
  • Synthesize Customer Feedback: Relay customer feedback and findings to inform Stripe's product roadmap.
