Customer Service Representative Job Summary

This role plays a vital part in creating positive and satisfying interactions with our company.

We are responsible for managing the customer journey from initial welcome to issue resolution.

As a key point of contact, you will provide support with inquiries, procedures, and complaint resolution.

  • Ensure clients receive efficient assistance when visiting the office in person.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Process payments accurately and ensure completeness.
  • Assist with payment-related questions and enter information into our database system.

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be adaptable, and able to work under pressure.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in face-to-face customer service, especially in hospitality.
  • Good level of English proficiency.
  • Relevant degree in a field such as Tourism and Hospitality, Administration, Marketing, or People Management.
