Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all work meets industry guidelines for efficiency and workmanship by implementing quality control procedures and maintaining accurate records.

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve operational performance.

  • Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or as a workshop supervisor/lead technician.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of vehicle repair principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
