This role oversees the workshop operation to deliver excellent customer service and maximize business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of skilled technicians to deliver high-quality repairs on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all work meets industry guidelines for efficiency and workmanship by implementing quality control procedures and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate workflow, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve operational performance.
  • Manage staff performance, provide ongoing training, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or as a workshop supervisor/lead technician.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of vehicle repair principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
