Reward Strategy Lead

The Role- Develop and implement a future-focused reward and benefits strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
- Oversee the full reward lifecycle, including salary benchmarking, bonus structures, and pay reviews, to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
- Partner with senior leadership to design executive and operational reward initiatives that drive business results.
- Enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in collaboration with People Partners and Business Leaders, showcasing the organization as an attractive employer.
- Drive innovation and process improvements to ensure best-in-class reward practices that support employee engagement and retention.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in reward strategy, total rewards, and benchmarking, with a background in a multinational or top-tier consultancy. Strong commercial acumen, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
