We are seeking a skilled professional to assist with retail operations in Galway. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with finding products.
- Inform customers about product benefits and discuss technical details.
- Maintain a tidy retail environment and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales opportunities.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the relevant manager.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A technical background or experience in Trades, Agriculture, Building, Safety, or DIY is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute new ideas is required.
