We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of medium-large scale electrical projects from initiation to closure. This role requires strong project management skills, a good understanding of electrical distribution plant items, and experience in managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop electrical project plans, define scope, set objectives, and manage timelines
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, manage changes to the project scope, and ensure compliance with project regulations and standards
  • Monitor and control all electrical project costs, ensuring financial compliance and managing cash flow
  • Lead and motivate project teams, assign tasks, and ensure effective communication
  • Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience managing and delivering medium-large scale electrical projects (LV/10/20kV up to and including 400kV) throughout the full project lifecycle
  • A good understanding of electrical distribution plant items such as Switchgear, Protection, Power Transformers, and Underground power cables
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, customer services skills, and knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations
