Support Role

This role involves providing vital support and care to individuals who need it most.

We are seeking a dedicated individual with a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others. You will be responsible for providing essential assistance with daily tasks, personal care, and maintaining independence.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop in this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and care to individuals in their homes
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Maintaining independence and promoting dignity
  • Developing and implementing person-centered care plans
  • Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1 year of paid home care experience
  • QQI Level 5 (Care Skills and Care of the Older Person) qualification
  • Good standard of English - both spoken and written
  • Hold a full driving licence with access to a car
