Customer Service Representative | Hybrid | Dublin | 35-45K

My client, a distributor of Polymer/Plastic granules to the plastic's manufacturing industry is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Rathcoole.

3 days in office / 2 days WFH

Duties:

Receive orders from customers, acknowledge receiptRequest pricing from supplier / salesmanEnter customer orders on SAPEnter Purchase order on SAP and send to supplierFollow up with supplier for delivery dates and liaise with customer accordinglyReceive stock on SAPDispatch stock and send paperwork to customerSend instructions to warehouse (if relevant) to dispatch goodsArrange collections (where necessary) from suppliersAdvise warehouse when stock is arrivingMaintain stock levels and complete stock take at month endInvoice / credit customers accordinglyMaintain all hard copies and UK filing as requiredSupport to Salesmen where neededReconcile warehouse / transport costs with accounts

Candidate:

Education with a minimum of the leaving certificate or equivalentExperience of working within a customer service/customer care,Excellent organisational and telephone skillsExperience within a customer service roleStrong relationship building and interpersonal skillsFlexibility with working hoursIT skills; e.g. experienced in the use of CRM (Salesforce), SAP, Tableau and/or Microsoft Office suite
