Events Manager

Our client, a large, international firm, requires an Events Manager to cover a 12-month Fixed Term Contract position.
This role offers an excellent salary and benefits and would suit an experienced Events professional.
Experience working within a professional services environment working on a busy events schedule is a necessity.
Please be aware travel to London once or twice a month will be required.

Salary: to €55k DOE Benefits:Pension, Healthcare, Bonus, Hybrid working, subsidised canteen, on-site gym and more.
Total Package: to €70k Duties: Creating and managing various events and webinars for different departments across the firm.
Supporting Event communications to include writing, editing, reviewing and issuing communications.
Liaising with Manager to ensure top quality events.
Building strong relationships with external venues and suppliers.
Liaising with the larger marketing team on branding, content, promotion and social media.
Budget management for all events.
Continuously looking for new events opportunities, guest speakers and event technologies.
Providing regular updates to the wider Marketing Team and Senior Management within the Firm.
Providing ongoing improvement within the team by encouraging the team to identify opportunities for process enhancements, increased automation, and streamlined workflows.
Support with any other duties as required.
Experience: BA in Marketing or related 5+years Events experience ideally within a corporate environment.
Travel required to the UK once/twice per month.
Excellent ability to deliver complex events, including both virtually and in-person events.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
Organised and flexible on supporting on multiple projects.
Excellent IT skills (MS Office-Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
