Role Overview: As our Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities: Process Warranty Claims: Accurately manage and process warranty claims with manufacturers and suppliers.Customer Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding warranty queries, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution.Record Keeping: Maintain and update warranty records and documentation.Compliance: Ensure all claims meet the warranty policies and procedures of the manufacturer.Collaboration: Work closely with the service and parts departments to coordinate warranty processes.What We're Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role within the automotive industry.Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.Why Join Us?
