Job Overview Our client, a leading and innovative media company based in Ireland, is looking to hire a Partnerships Director to join their dynamic team.
This is a senior-level role responsible for leading and executing strategic partnerships that drive growth, enhance the brand's presence, and increase revenue opportunities.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in establishing and nurturing high-level relationships with key agency clients and stakeholders, ensuring long-term value creation through strategic alliances.

The Partnerships Director will be a forward-thinking leader with a strong track record of driving business growth in the media industry.
This role requires a deep understanding of the media landscape, combined with the ability to negotiate and manage complex, multi-faceted partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, clients, media partners, and influencers.
Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
Strategic Partnership Development : Lead the identification, negotiation, and implementation of strategic partnerships with key media, technology, and brand partners.
Develop and execute strategies to deepen existing partnerships and create new ones.
Revenue Generation : Drive commercial partnerships that align with the company's growth goals.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure the partnerships create tangible revenue streams and measurable ROI.
Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, clients, media partners, and influencers.
Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
Market Insights : Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for partnerships.
Stay ahead of media industry developments and anticipate future trends to drive the company's strategy forward.
Contract Negotiation : Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts related to strategic partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with the company goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, content, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnerships.
Provide leadership and direction on all partnership-related activities.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of partnership managers, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and are equipped to drive successful partnerships.
Reporting and Analysis : Monitor and report on the performance of all partnerships, tracking KPIs such as revenue generation, audience engagement, and brand impact.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on partnership success and areas for improvement.
Key Requirements Experience :
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a related leadership role, with a proven track record of success in the media or related industries (e.g., agencies, sales or media publisher).
Experience in managing high-level, strategic partnerships that have led to significant business outcomes.
Familiarity with the Irish media landscape and a strong network of industry contacts is a significant advantage.
