Meta is looking for a dynamic, flexible, team player to serve as an Industrial Relations Business Partner.
This position will be responsible for EMEA-wide industrial relations support.
This position is full time and can be based in our Dublin, Ireland office or London, UK office.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain positive relationships with Works Councils, unions and other employee/labour representatives Engage and support cross-functional partners and business leaders on industrial relations matters Devise and implement industrial relations strategies in alignment with legal partners and business objectives Support industrial relations compliance needs Execute operational tasks related to industrial agreements and local legislation Lead specific industrial relations projects Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of relevant employee relations experience, with industrial relations experience Willingness to provide industrial relations support across EMEA Candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to move fast and learn quickly, and comfortable in dealing with complex issues that do not have a clear solution About Meta Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
