Energy Pricing Manager We are seeking anEnergy Pricing Manager to join a dynamic team focused on energy analytics, hedging, pricing, and trading.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Dublin, offering a competitive package.
You will play a key role in designing tariffs, managing price risk, and delivering data-driven pricing solutions for commercial and residential markets.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage electricity, gas, and heat tariffs for commercial and residential customers.
Prepare pricing and tender information for large customers and track market benchmarks.
Conduct competitor analysis to inform market positioning and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with hedging teams to manage and report on price risk.
Support daily trading activities, executing trades and producing commercial performance reports.
Create tools to automate and improve business processes.
Serve as a point of contact for pricing queries, market insights, and renewable energy transition support.
What Youll Bring 5+ years experience in the energy industry within supply and/or generation.
Deep understanding of enrgy markets.
Expertise in customer pricing from first principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; programming skills in Python, SQL, or Power BI are highly desirable.
Comfortable working with large datasets and improving operational processes.
Ability to lead a team and mentor junior staff.
