We are looking for an IT Support (Level 2) to join our team in Dublin.
This role is perfect for someone ready to take the next step from Level 1 support into a more advanced position, building skills in cloud services, networking, and device management.The role focuses on day-to-day IT support through our ticketing system, resolving escalated issues efficiently, from login difficulties and printer problems ? to hardware repairs on tablets, laptops, and mobile devices .
You will manage and maintain Microsoft environments (Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Windows Server), handle Mobile Device Management (MDM) via Intune, and provide occasional server and network administration support.This is a great opportunity to grow your technical expertise while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 technical support for end-users, resolving escalated issues efficiently.
Manage and maintain
Microsoft environments
, including
Azure Active Directory
,
Microsoft 365
, and related services.
Administer and troubleshoot
network infrastructure
(LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs).
Support and maintain
Windows Server environments
, including patching and backups.
Configure and manage
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
solutions (e.g., Intune).
Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments.
Document processes, solutions, and maintain accurate technical records.
Qualifications And Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience
in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft technologies
: Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Windows Server.
Experience with
networking concepts
(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Familiarity with
MDM solutions
and endpoint management.
Understanding of
IT security best practices
.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
