We are inviting applications for the role of Retail Operational Specialist within our Sales Operations team.
What you'll be doing
Work in conjunction with our cross functional and Sales teams to develop and rollout efficient operational processes to our brands.
Train and support Retailers and their teams in executing our operational processes to the highest standard.
Document and review existing core processes at store level and develop new processes that make store operations more efficient.
Rollout of new processes already developed within Musgrave but have yet to achieve cut through at store level.
Develop and implement a consistent way of working across each brand.
Develop and use reporting tools that capture input and output through clear and measurable KPI's.
Drive efficiency as part of Centra and SuperValu Next Gen projects through new process optimisation.
What we're looking for
A minimum of 3 years retail experience in a store management position with a third level qualification in Sales/Business or similar will be advantageous.
Experience in managing pilot initiatives and process mapping.
Experience working on major retail rollouts as part of a cross functional team.
Excellent communication & relationship management skills.
Commercial acumen and reporting skills.
Good computer skills including MS Office and project planning.
As this role is field based a full driving licence is required.
