Embedded System Test Engineer – BEV / Functional Safety

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading global automotive organisation, for
two Embedded Systems Test Engineers
to join their
Functional Safety System Engineering team.
You will play a key role in testing
high-voltage power supply systems
for
Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) programmes
, working hands-on with
HIL test assets
and National Instruments tools.
What you'll do
Test functional safety features in high-voltage BEV systems.
Develop & maintain HIL test assets, including automated test cases.
Work with NI tools: PXI, TestStand, VeriStand, LabVIEW.
Review requirements, define strategies, and document results.
What we're looking for
Experience with
embedded systems for power electronics
(On-Board Chargers, DC/DC, BMS).
Knowledge of
ISO 26262 / functional safety
.
Strong background in
HIL testing & automation
.
On Offer
Permanent role, based
onsite, 5 days/week
.
