My Client, a leading global financial services companyis seeking to appoint anAssociate, Fund/Client Accounting IIto join their Central Expense team.
This role is located in Dublin, Ireland Hybrid (4 days a week in office).
The Role Expense-related activities for funds with complex portfolio assets and transactions.
Expense allocation, budgeting, invoice payments, analysis of estimates to actuals, and expense cap review Oversee complex expense-related activities for funds with intricate portfolio assets, including invoice payments, budgeting, and expense ratio reporting.
Prepare fund expense budgets and contribute to financial planning processes.
Handle complex general ledger entries as needed to ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare fund expense invoices and track payments to ensure timely and accurate client billing.
Conduct analysis comparing fund budgeted expenses to actual expenses and provide insights.
The Candidate Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation is a plus.
Minimum of 25 years of experience in fund accounting, expense management, or financial operations within the asset management industry.
Strong understanding of expense management, budgeting, and general ledger systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
Experience working with complex fund structures and portfolio assets.
Analytical Thinking Ability to interpret financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
