This role is perfect for professionals who are passionate about influencing decision-makers and leading innovative solutions.
Responsibilities include: Lead strategic programmes for financial services clients, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Manage programme governance, including steering committees, status reporting, and oversight of risks and dependencies.
Provide direction to PMO teams, workstream leads, and project managers while maintaining strong client relationships.
Collaborate with global teams to leverage insights and capabilities for innovative solutions.
Support business development activities, including proposals, thought leadership, and client events.
Requirements include: 10+ years of experience in consulting and delivering large-scale transformation programmes within financial services.
Strong expertise in programme and project management methodologies, including PRINCE2, Agile, and PMP certifications.
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver presentations at the C-suite level.
Experience in financial governance, business case development, and aligning business and IT strategies.
