Overview We currently have a vacancy for a Project Administrator, the role is based on site with one of our pharmaceutical clients in West Dublin.
As part of the team the Project Administrator will support our Projects teams by providing administrative and clerical assistance, documantion management, ensuring compliance and maintaining records, managing documentation, scheduling, and coordinating Projects related activities.
This is a nine month contract.

Responsibilities Support our teams on project delivery in relation to document control and project administration across our systems and varioius sites.
Manage the classification, indexing, archiving, and retrieval of documentation within SharePoint project folders Manage the setup and maintenance of project templates, workflows, and the directory, Track document reviews and supporting users with timely reporting and issue resolution.
Main point of contact in relation to Document Register/MIDP is current and meets quality requirements Support our project teams in using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and BIM platforms in an effective manner Support internal reporting and documentation management Assist with general office issues such as managing expenses, meeting coordination, travel and accomidation bookings etc Other Project Administration tasks, as needed Qualifications Relevant degree / certification 5 years plus in a professional environment with a strong background in administration.
Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
Have very good Administration skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on own initiative Strong computer MS Office skills (PP, Word, Excel, etc.) and systems experience such as SharePoint, Aconex.
Have experience with managing Document Registers, MIDPs, and supporting BIM documentation workflows Have experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and enforcing document control protocols Why PM Group?
