Deine Aufgaben:
•Sorge für Wachstum, indem du vertriebsqualifizierte Chancen schaffst und potenziellen Kunden zeigst, wie unser Produkt ihr Geschäft revolutionieren kann .
•Nutze innovative Tools und Technologien, um proaktiv neue Chancen zu finden.
•Qualifiziere Leads und leite sie reibungslos an die Account Executives weiter, die den Abschluss machen.
•Baue langfristige Beziehungen mit wichtigen Entscheidungsträgern auf und pflege diese.
•Halte deine Performanceziele auf Tages-, Wochen- und Monatsbasis im Blick.
•Nutze verschiedene Kanäle (Telefon, E-Mail, LinkedIn), um potenzielle Kunden anzusprechen.
•Trage aktiv zum Erreichen der Vertriebsziele und zum Erfolg des gesamten Teams bei.
•Sei ein leidenschaftlicher Botschafter für unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen, wecke das Interesse und finde den perfekten Fit für beide Seiten.
•Werde schnell zum Experten für unser Angebot und bleibe stets über die neuesten Entwicklungen auf dem Laufenden.
Dein Profil:
•Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) sind ein Muss.
•Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb und den Aufbau von Beziehungen.
•Idealerweise 1+ Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb oder Business Development.
•Selbstbewusstsein, Vertrauen zu schaffen und vom ersten Kontakt an zu beeindrucken, sowie exzellente Soft Skills.
•Ausgeprägte aktive Zuhörfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Informationen schnell zu verarbeiten.
•Hervorragendes Zeitmanagement und Organisationstalent in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld.
•Kommunikationsstärke – sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.
•Erfahrung mit Salesforce ist ein Plus, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
•Wachstumsorientierte Einstellung und Offenheit für Feedback und kontinuierliche Verbesserung.
•Auge fürs Detail und die Fähigkeit, stets den Überblick zu behalten.
