About the Role

Aramark Workplace Solutions is currently recruiting for a Regional Manager – Soft Services, to join our team. Reporting directly to the Food and Soft Services Account Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for operational management of a number of sites across the Island of Ireland. The role holder will manage a team of Cleaning Area Managers and will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to our Clients in terms of operational commitments. This is an active and visible role requiring flexibility, excellent time management and strong customer relationship and management skills. This role also requires the individual to have experience in managing colleagues and standards of services as this will be key to the role.

Job Responsibilities


Responsibility for all day-to-day management, control, co-ordination, execution of all services under their remit and reporting directly to the Food and Soft Services Account Director.
Take full responsibility for all Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety issues and ensure compliance with company policies and arrangements including the effective closing out of audit action plans.
Management of all Soft Contracted Services.
Full implementation of the BICs standard in the Cleaning Services across all sites
Ensure your team delivers Compliance with all contractual requirements i.e. client related requirements, training of staff, HR files, Payroll, etc.
Client satisfaction and the quality of service provided consistently across all areas.
Identify and implement innovations to improve service delivery.
Conduct regular site audits to ensure that the specified standard of work is maintained and all site logs and required compliance documentation are kept up to date.
Ensure the development and potential of all direct reports, to encourage resilience and succession planning within the account and the organisation.
Manage ordering and procurement compliance across all sites including adhering to budgets.

Qualifications

Formal FM education or diploma equivalent qualification level and a minimum of at least 3 years relevant experience in an FM or building services maintenance in a management position.
Financially astute as will have full responsibility of the P&L services under their remit
Experience of managing people. This is key to this role both from managing but also motivating.
Excellent IT / computer skills
Time management and self-motivational skill set
A pro-active attitude
Excellent communication skills including verbal and the written word
